At So Rooted in Electrolysis we work on respect. We respect you and expect the same in return. Currently, we do not require a deposit for treatment. However, clients who have missed/cancelled 3 or more appointments (outside of the booking window) may not be able to be seen in the future. Clients who no-show their virtual consultation or first treatment may continue to book with us; however, future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Prepaid appointments are non-refundable.
This policy allows us to protect dedicated appointment time while ensuring that clients who are ready to commit to their electrolysis journey have reliable access to the schedule. Thank you for respecting my time, your appointment, and the treatment process.
